Before booking, Tracey comes to your home and does a meet and greet with you and your pets, this adds a personal touch which is greatly appreciated.
As well as our cat, Tracey agreed to help look after our pet rabbits too. She is willing to go that extra mile to help out and for that we were extremely grateful.
She’ll send daily updates, with plenty of pictures that really do give you peace of mind that your pets are safe and being well cared for.
I would highly recommend Tracey and will definitely use her services again in the future.

Which is wonderful to have them stay in their own environment instead of taking them to a care facility for work trips. Tracey will play with them and send tons of photos each day. Tracey's provides a valuable and vital service by looking after our cat in our own home. In the past we've put our cat into a cattery, where she hasn't had the precious freedom and independence available to her at home. But Tracey's reliable service enabled us to leave our fluffy bundle in her safe hands, confident that she would be well looked after, fed, brushed and loved while we were away from home for an undetermined period of time. We received daily WhatsApp updates and photos from Tracey, so were constantly reassured that our cat (and our home) was well and happy in a familiar environment. We will definitely use Tracey's services again.

We use Tracey time and time again for our two boys, Oreo and Onyx. Onyx has medical complications and requires extra care and also multiple medications. Tracey is so wonderful in caring for him and administering his medications. She always sends updates in real time as well which is super appreciated!
